The Treasury's Small Fund: A Fund of the Ministry of Environmental Protection May Fund Financing the Reserve Grants

The government may use NIS 1.4 billion from the ministry's cleaning fund to finance the increase in reservists' compensation. The money will be transferred to the treasury as a temporary loan and will return to the ministry in the future.
