"Kiryat Bialik has entered a European project to share knowledge of cities that promote sustainability. Kiryat Bialik is one of three Israeli cities accepted into the CrAFt Cities Network, the European Fund for Knowledge Sharing of Cities that promote urban sustainability and aspire to zero greenhouse gases in light of climate change."
